Effective immediately, we give fresh, fun, engaging two hour training for only $18.00 per person in the following categories:


A motivational discussion that exposes individuals to strategies to eliminate "toxic" people from their lives, and how to map out strategies that will work for their individual lives.

  • discussion of how to make decisions that shape the rest of your life
  • mapping out strategies to create realistic systems of support 
  • creating a job-retention plan that meets each individual's unique need  
  • putting it all into perspective: avoiding detours, toxic people and unnecessary barriers
  • assistance in creating an emergency plan in case the road gets rough
  • leave with and maintaining motivation to be ready to for the road ahead

Transition can be difficult, and lack of communication can be a barrier to your success. An acceptable tone, body language and attitude is very important to your success in the workforce.  Everyone wanting to succeed in this transition must learn to speak articulately, and with confidence.

  • saying what you mean: how to watch your body language, tone and attitude
  • strategies to be, and sound, sincere
  • recognizing what is in a smile
  • exiting with confidence, displaying body language and words that are universally acceptable.

Balancing can be tough, especially while in transition. Participants will leave with the skills to create calendars and schedules that meet the needs of their lifestyles.

  • leave with the acceptance of the reality that there are only twenty-four hours in a day
  • recognize the importance of self care - How to make time for yourself
  • when to delegate and how to make great decisions as to when to let go
  • leave with a can do it attitude.

The Importance of Parental Involvement

Family is an important aspect of this transition to independence, and it cannot work if parents are unsure of the decisions that are made around rearing their children. At Fresh Trainings R' Us we completely understand the tremendous amount of planning necessary on the road to independence.
